Refund Policy

Paid plans renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Cancel any time; access remains through the end of the current period. TraderTrack does not charge a cancellation fee.

Partial periods after you cancel are generally not refunded. Duplicate billing, unauthorized payment, or a material technical failure that stops you using the service is reviewed if you report it within 7 days of the charge.
